Just got back from London and am putting Woolly to bed early. He was a very naughty little sheep, but the photos from the weekend are still in the camera. I’m sure there are rules about little sheep having beer and carousing in pubs and restaurants. More to follow when the pictures are developed retrieved from the camera.
More about Saturday… In January I received a mysterious invitation through Ravelry to join in a surprise scheme to make a wedding surprise for Alice. We were all to knit a strip 24 inches long to be made into a blanket. Mine in in Rowan Tapestry.
Saturday we met up and surprised Alice thoroughly. Unfortunately, Woolly decided to try the beer in the pub and was soon sucked into a strange world of Mustachios, Cleavages (I’ll leave the pictures out for that one but you can see his disgraceful behaviour here), and eventually togas. He was a bit limp in the morning but seems to have survived OK and has asked me to knit him his own Mustachio
Starting to count down the days – on Wednesday it is the launch for The Inside Loop so make sure you check it out

I missed the toga! That must have happened in the restaurant. I wonder what else I missed after that third glass of wine…

The Toga was just at the very end and didn’t last long. I’ll need to remember how to make it for the future though
